#14 The breed does not tolerate heat well, preferring to lie in the shade on especially hot days. For this reason, in summer, dogs are walked early in the morning or late in the evening.
#15 The Leonberger is relatively easy to learn, but agility and other disciplines that hone obedience are not for them. At the same time, in drafting, animals can become serious competitors for other large dogs.
