#10 In 1879, a fairly complete description of the Labrador appeared in the book “The Dog, in health and disease”.
#11 The Labrador Club was founded on April 5, 1916. Club members wrote and proposed a breed standard that was adopted by the Kennel Club and existed unchanged until 1950.
#12 Since 1938, the Labrador Club began to independently organize exhibitions of champions.
