The Germans are very pragmatic. Regina Meyer from Laufen is a prime example of this. The girl is 15 years old and she understands what is “not allowed.” She wanted to ride, she needed a horse for that. The parents did not agree to the horse. So Regina decided to break her dream into 2 parts – there is no horse, but there is show jumping, and there was a cow under the saddle.
The girl managed to train the cow to overcome high enough obstacles.
It took many hours to train and had an excellent grip on stick and carrot.
Now Regina rides Luna and, according to the girl, the cow considers herself a horse.
The girl spent a lot of time with Luna and gradually taught her to harness.
Then Regina began to saddle her and tried to ride. As it turned out, this was not a problem for the cow.
The first steps were given to Luna calmly, but then she began to try to throw off her riders.
Now Luna and Regina are going through daily training, as a result of which the cow remembered the commands “stand”, “sit”, “gallop”.
Regina still wants a horse, but only she can ride Luna, she has the only race cow.
