Greyhounds (they are also English greyhounds) are graceful, but very hardy and powerful dogs, whose homeland is Great Britain. The ancestors of modern greyhounds, the first mention of which dates back to the period before our era, were used as hunting dogs. And today these amazing animals perfectly show themselves not only on the hunt (for a hare, a fox), they also participate in the race, developing tremendous speed, and sometimes become wonderful companions for humans.
