Humpback Whale “Lost” in Brazilian Mangrove Forest

An unusual find was discovered on the island of Marajo in Brazil. A dead 11-meter humpback whale was found in the mangroves of the coastal zone. At the moment, scientists can only speculate on how the whale ended up on land. One of the versions was an abnormally high tide, which could carry the animal to the shore. Upon examination, no damage was found in the whale, but the details of the death of the mammal will become known only after the autopsy.
