Ice Aquarium

The original Kori no Suizokukan aquarium is located in Kesennuma, Japan. There are more than 450 representatives of 80 species of sea creatures from a nearby seaport. The main feature of the maintenance of this aquarium is the minimum effort for the attendants. They just need to maintain a certain temperature – no cleaning, no feeding.

And all because the exhibits were flash frozen. Therefore, they have a very fresh look.
True, excursions there are fleeting because viewers cannot withstand temperatures of -20 degrees for a long time. Even in specially issued suits.
