You Say a Dog's Life?

Last weekend in the US state of California on Huntington Beach, the annual dog surfing competition was held. The jury evaluated the performances of four-legged human friends according to one main criterion – the ability to stay on the wave on a surfboard for as long as possible. The main goal of this positive event is to draw public attention to animal problems and raise funds for charitable needs.

The annual surfer dog competitions are held in four categories:

small dogs (up to 9.5 kg)
medium dogs (from 9.5 to 18 kg)
large dogs (18-27 kg)
and very large (from 27 kg).

#1 Four-legged friends performed in swimming goggles, inflatable vests.

The main thing is to slide along the wave as long as possible, staying on the board for more than 5 seconds.

#2 Dogs do their best to help themselves with their tails under the gaze of their owners.

#3 Everyone is happy
