Beagle may suffer from hereditary epilepsy. It does not cure, but supportive therapy relieves the condition of the dog.

Like all dogs with long, drooping ears, beagles have ear infections or ear infections. Your job is to regularly check and clean your pet’s ears.

Glaucoma, cataracts, diabetes, deafness, hypothyroidism, and all sorts of neoplasms are rare. As a rule, these diseases are observed in older beagles. Therefore, dogs over 5 years old should be regularly examined by a veterinarian – for prophylaxis.

Improper feeding is fraught with the obesity of the beagle. The responsibility of the owners is to correctly formulate the diet, in no case do not succumb to the pleading gaze of the pet and do not share pieces from the table with him.
